9 Things That Would Ruin Your Skin

Are you taking care of your skin very much? If so, then you should also be aware of the things that would ruin it. One of my friends is very conscious in taking care of her skin. She uses skin white to maintain the whiteness and smoothness of it.

Now, here are the things that would ruin your skin.
  1. Caffeine 
  2. Stress 
  3. No enough sleep 
  4. Eating too much sodium
  5. Yoyo Dieting 
  6. Too much Sugar 
  7. No enough exercise. 
  8. Drinking too much alcohol
  9. Too much expose on AC
